The Equip Foundation is a faith based, Christian organization focused on charitable service to people of various nations, creeds and beliefs.
We are recognized as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
More than 85% of funds from donations are used for Project Expenses. (3% allocated to administration and 10% to fundraising)

Don and Margie Cook

Before "retiring" to design cost-efficient housing, Don pioneered chemical engineering education at the Cape Technikon, South Africa and served as Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering.
Margie is a teacher and entrepreneur.
In 1998 Don and Margie moved to Hawaii, where they helped to develop an international leadership training center and establish a local Christian congregation. They have been married for 38 years and have four wonderful children and two fantastic children-in-law.
